I understand that upon receipt of this form, CMA will then email me a Booking Reservation Number (BRN) within 12 hours. This will guarantee a place on the above Workshop & the position will be open for 3 days, pending payment of £149. Owing to limited spaces and popularity of these Workshops, after the 3rd day, the place will be released to another child. I understand that once payment is made, a refund is not available as personalised T-shirts and Diploma's will be ordered immediately for my child.
